LUSH Rose Jam

My love for roses is not something I hide and the love just keeps on getting stronger. On discovering rose jam really is a thing that exists, I started scouring places to find such delights.. unfortunately I came up empty handed but discovered LUSH Rose Jam instead. A wickedly delicious shower gel that smells overly sweet rather than floral and combines vanilla pod, goji berry, and argan oil.

Rose oil is incredibly precious, one kilogram requires requires 1,866,666 roses, which is probably why LUSH has decided to discontinue this rather extravagant offering. In all honestly, as lovely as it is, I've been preserving my tiny bottle by only using it sparingly because the price of bathing in roses is unbearable.

Unless LUSH changes its mind you won't be able to buy LUSH Rose Jam any time soon, however, they do produce a wonderful range of rose scented products of which the Amandopondo bubble bar is bar far the best. So don't be disheartened and please, if you find any real rose jam please do send it my way.

  3. I love rose scents and quite a few people had mentioned Rose Jam to me. At the moment my favourite perfume is LUSH's Imogen Rose, that's worth a sniff if you like the smell of roses.

Is it weird that the NAME of this draws me to it? Rose Jam. It just sounds so bloody juicy! If that's not something you want to get all up and involved with in your shower, I don't know what is!!!

  10. I ate actual rose jam in France. I got it from a little shop in our village that sold all kinds of homemade stuff.

Mmm, this sounds wonderful! I love rose oil and use it as a moisturizer every morning and evening on my face. The benefits are endless, plus it's nice to know I'm using something pure to nourish my skin. Rose jam itself is delicious! My grandma used to make it when I was younger.
