a little note:
I was pretty overwhelmed by how well the how I quit my job post was received (thank you) and I've been getting quite a few questions related to the topic, so I'm thinking about doing a follow up Q+A post. If you have anything you want to ask me, leave a comment, tweet me, or send an email - I'd love to hear what you've got to say!
other things:
| here's what a full week of fruits and veggies looks like
| leslie the pony has an A+ day
| the dainty squid: living room tour
The nail polish combination looks really good... I think I'll do something with gold and navy blue as well :)

I'm going to find that Nightwatch nail polish in the nearby mall. It looks really nice!
ReplyDeleteThere's something about buying plants which just gives you a feel good factor - plus it's quite nice to have a living *thing* in your room that is always quiet and always looks pretty (unlike my cat, who decided today was the day - after ten years of behaving - to start eating my clothes). x

I love having a couple of plants dotted about, there's something so nice about having bits of green to break up the minimalist white-ness of my room!

I'm so into navy nails right now - this colour is just PERFECT
ReplyDeleteIt's so amazing; it looks almost black on the nails.. but softer - SO GOOD
ReplyDeleteI can't stop buying them! We have so many in the apartment now; I'm really into palms and ferns. Every time I leave the house I come back with another one.
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear your cat has started to uh, eat your clothes!
We have.. quite a collection of plants now.. I can't stop buying them! They look so beautiful :))
ReplyDeleteNightwatch is AMAZING.
ReplyDeleteI can't stop buying plants.. every time I leave the house I come back with another one and Jack looks at me like, "so where exactly are you going to put THAT one?"
I love navy nails right now - so gorgeous
ReplyDeleteHmm, appears to be working for me - but thanks for the heads up, appreciated! :))
ReplyDeleteI definitely agree it's an on-going process.. I've thinned things out massively now; I think all I have in there are things I wear regularly but I know a few pieces need replacing because they aren't in such a great condition. It feels great when you can see things coming together, right? :))
so good isn't it? I couldn't stop laughing at it :))
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for reading it, Tessa :))
ReplyDeleteI can't stop! I have a problem!
ReplyDeleteHip hip hooray for plant purchases! You can never have too many… x
