How To Stay Productive When Working From Home

The most important rule is: know how you work best and tailor your routine to support your specific needs.

- Get dressed for work
- Eat breakfast
- Set a schedule
- Decide on (and keep to) specific work hours
- Develop a work routine and stick to it
- Remove distractions
- Silence your phone
- Focus on one urgent task
- Give yourself a deadline
- Do not overestimate your productivity
- Create an inspiring, comfortable workspace
- Try to work in natural light
- Drink plenty of water
- Eat lunch with company
- Listen to something inspirational
- Do not waste time on unimportant tasks
- Do not let your email become your to-do list
- Remember: multi-tasking never works
- Take proper breaks and make them count
- Utilise your flexibility
