Now the time to celebrate is over I've been reluctant to let the dramatic bronze metallic shades and dark lips go, instead I've replaced it with this toned down version that looks just as pretty but is far more appropriate for the gloomy months.
LEFT TO RIGHT| Max Factor Masterpiece Max Mascara| YSL Touche Eclat | Inglot Freedom Palette | NARS Penny Lane | Le Blanc de Chanel | Laura Mercier Mineral Powder | NARS Penny Lane | Korres Lip Butter |
I pair Le Blanc de Chanel together with the Laura Mercier Mineral Powder to create fresh, healthy looking skin, using YSL Touche Eclat to lighten and highlight key areas. NARS Penny Lane produces a subtle warmth to the cheeks, which is a soft, natural nude-peach shade. From the Inglot Freedom Palette I apply 402, blending outwards a little and then reapplying to the center of the lid for a boost of colour; I apply Max Factor Masterpiece Max Mascara for long, well defined lashes. For the lips I use Korres Lip Butter in Wild Rose, which can be built up to create a gorgeously deep red shade or worn lightly for a slight flush of colour. |
I seriously need to get my hands on a Korres Lip Butter!
ReplyDeleteThat Nars blusher is so gorgeous and this entire look is stunning

You're looking gorgeous doll!
ReplyDeleteHow do you find the Chanel base? I've always been intrigued by it but didn't want to spend the money on it unless I knew it was an amazing product :)

You look beautiful! I loved this post - I'm so intrigued by the YSL Touche Eclat as there is so much hype around it but I feel like I don't know how to use it properly!

Your Inglot freedom palette is so pretty x
ReplyDeleteI want more!
ReplyDeleteYES I want to buy a couple more but I'm not sure which ones to get and they are quite expensive for tinted lip balms, hmm..
ReplyDeleteThank you!
ReplyDeleteThey are SO GOOD; I want a ton more of them.
ReplyDeleteThank you <3
ReplyDeleteIt's really lovely although I would recommend Lily Lolo Mineral Powder, it's a great deal cheaper and just as amazing.
ReplyDeleteThank you <3
ReplyDeleteI use it more as a highlighter and to brighten the undereye area. You can use it on your cheekbones, under your eyes, on your brow to add definition.. it's a great product :))
Thank you!
ReplyDeleteThe Chanel base is AMAZING. Seriously SO GOOD. I am almost out of this bottle and I will definitely be repurchasing, by far the best base I have ever bought and I even wear it on its own when I don't want to wear much make-up. It makes skin look really soft and naturally flawless. If you check my product directory (top right of page), I did a review of it :))
It's super lovely.
ReplyDeleteI can highly recommend Wild Rose, it's super easy to wear and you can build it up.
