1. Moisturise | apply intense moisturiser before you travel to aid hydration
2. Skip foundation | go without or only wear a tinted moisturiser or light bb/cc cream
3. Blot | use rice paper, blotting sheets, or powder to prevent oil and shine
4. Highlight | add a little shimmer for a brighter complexion
5. Treat | apply a lip treatment liberally and regularly to prevent parched lips
6. Bare nails | keep nails polish free (one less thing to worry about)
7. Hands off | stop touching your face
8. Wake up | apply crushed ice in a washcloth or a mineral water spray to your eyes
9. Cleanse | maintain your regular skin care routine
Agree with all the tips! Hands off is probably the most important one for travel and otherwise!
ReplyDeleteYep, definitely guilty of touching my face too much. It's really bad when I'm in class...my mind kind of drifts off, and I lean my head on my hands. Grr

I like to bring the origins drink-up intensive overnight mask (great on long flights) its see-through so no one is gonna know you have a mask on and you can sleep with it on.
